1. Needs > Requirements Gathering & Feasibility Study

At the outset, you will be appointed a project manager who will remain your single point of contact. Your project manager will organize an initial consultation (phone or meeting) to discuss your requirements and identify your underlying goals. Once we have acquired a solid understanding of the primary objectives, we will be in the position to determine the most suitable service that best accommodates your requirements.

2. Planning > Scheduling & Coordination

The planning phase is the process that will assure that all parties involved in any changes or additions will be on the same schedule and work will be performed in the timeliest manner possible. We understand how large of an impact Voice and Data systems have to a business and we take that knowledge with us when we coordinate all aspects of the project. Downtime and outages are issues that need to be managed and minimized so as to not affect business in a negative way. Scheduling and Coordination between vendors and customers can be a delicate process and our years of experience have taught us how to manage these projects so as to benefit the customer and their needs.

3. Review > Billing & Usage

Once the service installation or project is complete we are not done with our involvement. The bills received from the carrier need to be reviewed for billing and service accuracy. We need to make sure that all services that were agreed upon by the customer are being billed at the correct rate. We also make sure that the services that have been installed are being utilized and meeting the needs that they are expected to.

4. Customer Care > Repair, Adds, Moves, Changes & Questions

All repair and AMC (add, move, change) orders come into our 24/7 operations center where they are input and tracked via our industry leading communications management software. Knowing is half the battle and that is why we keep our customers up to date on all submitted issues. Knowing where your order is, what the status is and when it can be expected is important to being able to effectively manage your business.
